Florissant Pine with Pikes Peak in the Background

This pine tree is one from my Lone Tree series. I have photographed it many times. The sky was outstanding. The snow fresh on Pikes Peak. I had to make this photo.

Pine with Elbert and Massive - Wide

This is that same Pine tree as in the photo above, but it's a much wider panoramic photo. I made this in the fall of 2016, just after a bit of snow had fallen above 9,000 feet. The light snow was beautiful. The calm lake waters were so serene. I had to make the photo.
